What is my order number?
After placing your order, you should receive an email with your order details, including your order number.
Can I change my shipping address for my order?
We try our best to send your order as soon as possible, so we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we can’t modify or cancel any placed orders.
I made a "local pick-up" order. How do I collect my order?
For local pick up orders, one of our team members will contact you as soon as we process and pack your orders to set your pick up date and time, which will be during our normal operating hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:15 AM – 11:30 AM. Excluding public holidays).
Please note that we only offer local pick-up order from our Kewdale warehouse/office.
What are your payment options?
We currently accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and ZipPay.
Can I use more than one coupon code on my order?
Unfortunately only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Shipping is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. For further information, please head to Australia Post.
When will my order ship?
We endeavor to ship your orders as soon as possible. Most of the time orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5 business days for your orders to ship. Once your order’s tracking number is available, you will receive it via email from Australia Post.
Dispatch time for online-only and back-ordered items may be longer as these items are not readily available at our Kewdale warehouse.
I entered incorrect shipping information.
Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to the sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping within Australia as we are a small local WA business.
How long does shipping take?
We send our packages through Australia Post as standard packages. Australia Post advises that deliveries may take up to 7 business days; however, please note that some deliveries may take longer than the given estimate due to other factors such as peak period and other restrictions (e.g. COVID-19 restrictions). Kindly keep in mind that the delivery timeframe is out of our control.

Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery for orders over $200 and where the destination address is within 20 km radius off our Kewdale warehouse/office. One of our team members will arrange the delivery day and time as we will deliver your order ourselves.
Can I do a change of mind return?
We offer return or exchange on all of our products where customer have changed their mind, provided the item is returned within the specified time period, as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (any package seals must be unbroken if any), in a resalable condition, and not damaged in any way.
If your order was shipped to you, a change of mind return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order (this will be according to the provided tracking information). You will be liable for your return postage cost. Kindly note that you will only be eligible for the returned product’s refund amount, as we do not refund shipping cost for change of mind return.
If your order was a local pick-up order, a change of mind return request must be made within 14 days of collecting your order.
Once we received the returned product(s), we will first inspect and determine whether it meets the specified change-of-mind return condition above. We will then issue your refund accordingly.
I want to return a faulty item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we are happy to help you out with a replacement or refund if the product you have purchased is faulty and can’t be easily fixed or replaced. This is also subject to the product’s warranty period (product warranty period varies).
